Dr. Yoram Levanon, Chairman & Founder

Dr. Levanon founded eXaudios in 2007 following 12 years of research into the mechanisms of decision making and the human intonation code. Previously, he founded and managed a marketing research and consultancy company and was heavily engaged with Israel’s IT, Technology and Homeland Security industries. Dr. Levanon is a senior lecturer of Business Strategy & Marketing at Bar-Ilan University and holds a B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics & Statistics, and a M.Sc. in Theoretical Physics, both from the Hebrew University, and a D.Sc. in Operations Research from the Technion Institute.

Alon Klomek, CEO

With multiple sales and business management positions in various geographies and verticals, Alon brings with him extensive international high-tech industry management expertise. Prior to joining eXaudios, he served at NICE Systems (TK: NICE) for over 8 years, his last position there as the V.P. of Actimize P.M.I. – responsible for merging acquired Actimize into NICE. Alon holds an MBA in International Business from NYU and an earlier MBA from the College of Management, Israel with honors.

Dan Marom, SVP Product Management and Development

Mr. Marom brings to eXaudios over 15 years of experience in high-tech product development and management at companies such as Comverse (TK: CMVT), SunGard and Getko (acquired by Microsoft in 2006). Products developed under his supervision have been deployed and used by millions of customers world-wide. Before joining eXaudios, Dan was a Senior Product Manager at SunGard, served as Senior Account Manager at Getko and as R&D Manager at Comverse. Dan holds a B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion Institute.

Arik Roztal, SVP Global Enterprise Sales

With over 15 years experience in the high-tech industry, Arik brings to eXaudios extensive sales management expertise. Arik held multiple positions in enterprise and security areas in both EMEA and APAC. Prior to his current positions Arik manages sales in East and Central EMEA in NICE systems (TK: NICE) for 5 years. He holds B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion Institute.

Dan Emodi, VP Marketing

Mr. Emodi is a global marketing veteran with companies such as Cisco Systems (TK: CSCO), Orbotech (TK: ORBK) and Comverse (TK: CMVT). Dan's 14-year marketing & management experience includes marketing of Cisco's Network-Identity & Policy portfolio world-wide, managing Sheer Networks' marketing operations (acquired by Cisco in 2005), managing the marketing team of Orbotech's largest product-line, and more. Dan holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Ronny Elkayam, CTO

With over 10 years of senior R&D and managerial positions at various public and private technology companies, Ronny brings to eXaudios extensive development expertise and know-how. Before joining the company, Mr. Elkayam founded UnisonPlay – an internet content distributor start-up, managed the R&D of KiBi (LSE:KIB) and the Israeli R&D operations of Next Nine. Ronny holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA, both from Bar Ilan University.

Erez Dror, VP Sales

Mr. Dror brings with him more than 10 years of global high-tech sales and project management experience. Prior to his current role, he served at NICE Systems (TK: NICE) for over 9 years selling both Enterprise and Homeland Security/Government solutions. His last position was the Africa Enterprise Sales Manager. Prior to NICE Mr. Dror has accumulated extensive data communications expertise. He holds a BA in Economics.

Dr. Lan Lossos, Co-founder, VP Research

Dr. Lossos specializes in the study of neuropsychological aspects of marketing. She has extensive marketing and psychology experience as a copywriter and creative director at a number of advertising agencies in Israel. Lan earned a PhD, Cum Laude, in Neuropsychology from the Hebrew University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard University. Her educational background includes a BA in Psychology and English Literature, and an MA in Neuropsychology, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
